- Cut the root off the Chinese leaf and cut the leaves into large pieces. Thinly slice the sausage (you can also use thinly sliced pork as replacement).
- Add a drizzle of oil in a hot wok. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic, chilli and sausage, fry until fragrant.
- Add the Chinese leaf and stir fry until just soft.
- Add the vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. Cover and let it cook for a few minutes let the flavour go in.
- Check the taste and add a little salt if it needs.
