Method
- Cook the Rice and set aside to cool
- Blanch Cabbage Leaves
- Dice Cabbage Leaves
- In a bowl mix the Minced Beef, Diced Onion, Diced Cabbage, Cooked Rice, Ground Pepper, Salt, Garlic and x2 Eggs
- Add the Breadcrumbs to the mix and start and check if the mix sticks together well. If not, add the final Egg
- Divide into small balls that’s approx 2cm in diameter
- Pour the oil into a pan filling it halfway and turn up to Medium/High
- Carefully lower the balls into the hot oil and allow to cook for at least 3-5 minutes until golden
- Mix the Ranch Dressing and Buffalo Sauces to create the dip
