x2 Cabbage Leaves
200 grams of Minced Beef / Quorn
1/2 White Onion (Diced)
1/2 Cup of Long Grain White Rice
x3 Large Eggs
x1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
x1 tsp Salt
x5 tsp Golden Breadcrumbs
x2 Garlic Cloves
Ranch dressing
Buffalo sauce
Vegetable Oil (enough to fill your pan halfway)


  1. Cook the Rice and set aside to cool
  2. Blanch Cabbage Leaves
  3. Dice Cabbage Leaves
  4. In a bowl mix the Minced Beef, Diced Onion, Diced Cabbage, Cooked Rice, Ground Pepper, Salt, Garlic and x2 Eggs
  5. Add the Breadcrumbs to the mix and start and check if the mix sticks together well. If not, add the final Egg
  6. Divide into small balls that’s approx 2cm in diameter
  7. Pour the oil into a pan filling it halfway and turn up to Medium/High
  8. Carefully lower the balls into the hot oil and allow to cook for at least 3-5 minutes until golden
  9. Mix the Ranch Dressing and Buffalo Sauces to create the dip
