Method
- Take your individual slices of bread and spread the tomato on one side of each
- Layer your pepperoni slices on top of the sauce
- Place your cheese on top of this (alternatively lay the cheese before the pepperoni)
- Sprinkle no more than a tlsp of herbs per slice on top of each slice
- Place into a pre-heated grill set on medium/hot for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted
